Professional Audio & Television Pty Ltd was awarded the NEWCOMER OF THE YEAR 2015 Award during L-S-B Broadcast Technologies International Partner meeting in Amsterdam recently.

Just prior to IBC - the largest broadcasting trade show in the world – opening its doors last month, L-S-B Broadcast Technologies held their annual international partner meeting on the outskirts of the Dutch capital. VSM distributors and resellers from all over the world met in a relaxed environment to exchange stories, share project information and learn about the latest product releases from L-S-B. The most exciting highlights of the event-filled afternoon were the announcement of a new VSM software release to be launched early next year, including further advances and features in the upcoming release such as the control of DANTE, and the announcement of L-S-B’s brand new product theWALL. theWALL is a software tool for setting up and controlling multiviewers - smart and easy. L-S-B premiered theWALL at IBC and won “The Best of Show” Award for this fantastic new product. With theWALL, users can configure monitor walls, route signals, change monitor layouts, or save and load their own presets.

Once the new products and international project briefings were over, the annual award ceremony saw the Belgium L-S-B distributor LDM Audiovisual Systems take out the DISTRIBUTOR OF THE YEAR Award, while PAT was recognised with the NEWCOMER OF THE YEAR 2015 Award for their impressive sales efforts in diverse markets including a Television Station, a Church, two OB trucks and three Radio Stations during their first year as exclusive distributor for L-S-B in Australia.

Jamie Dunn – International Sales Director for L-S-B presented PAT’s MD Patrick Salloch with the Award: “PAT have proven themselves as diverse and highly skilled VSM integrators who have pushed VSM into the position of market leader when it comes to control systems in the Australian broadcast market. We are looking forward to expanding our market share in Australia even further and seeing VSM establish itself as Australia’s control standard.”

“We are of course proud and honoured to have received this Award,” enthused Patrick Salloch “This is a welcome recognition of the tireless work of our engineering department at PAT and also due to the trust that our valued customers put into our team and the VSM technology.”
